Dr. Praful R. Naik

Dr. Praful Naik leads the core research initiatives at Bilcare Research and is the Company's Chief Scientific Officer. An expert in medicines and their formulations, he has over 19 years of experience in pharmaceutical science from his prior association with pharmaceutical companies - Johnson & Johnson, Smithkline Beecham and
Cadila Pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Naik holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University. He represents the Indian pharmaceutical industry on the International Medical Products Anti-Counterfeiting Taskforce of WHO. He is also a member of the National Working group constituted by the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India for Scientific and Technological measures to counter spurious and sub-standard drugs and Diagnostic Centres. |
