Training Program for Marketing Team

In August 2009, a 3-day training program on achieving self and organizational growth was conducted for the Bilcare Marketing Team (India and International). The training program was held at the "Culture Hall" at the Bilcare facility in Khed, Rajgurunagar.

The training program was attended by the Business Development Managers, Production Team and Customer Support Team of Bilcare Pharma Packaging Innovations.

During the course of three days, from 6th Aug to 8th Aug 2009, the Business Development Team got an invaluable opportunity to interact and exchange knowledge with Production and Customer Support Services teams.

Inaugurating the workshop, Mr. Mohan Bhandari, CMD, Bilcare Ltd., highlighted the importance of individual and organizational growth.

On the first day, Mr. Prakash Bang (Marketing Strategist)) gave a 2-hour power packed presentation on 'Value Addition - mantra for the future'. He simplified his teachings by quoting real life examples and captivated the participants.

In the 2nd half of the day, Bilcare Marketing Team gave individual presentations on their Quarterly performance. Rajesh Pantsachiv and Vishwanath Narayan evaluated the presentations.

The second day of the workshop was opened by Mr. Avinash Mandale highlighting the importance of Brand Management and Technology Support. Mr. Mandale's lecture was followed by presentations from Dr. Ajith S., Bilcare Research Team and Mr. Kulkarni, Bilcare Production Team on the functioning of their units and tips on handling queries pertaining to a product and its performance. The highlight was to improve the Team work. Mr. Somenath Mukherjee, concluded the said session.

Rajesh Pantsachiv concluded the second day of the workshop by unveiling the most awaited, Performance Linked Incentive Scheme for the Business Development Team. This was followed by a Team Dinner at "La-Pizzeria", an Italian wine and dine Restaurant on University Road, Pune.

The last day of the workshop was exclusively devoted to enhancing sales skills and understanding the customer buying psychology. A full day training program on the said topic was conducted at the Bilcare Corporate Office, Pune by Ms. Liesl Gini, a renowned motivational and soft skill trainer from Johannesburg, South Africa. Ms. Gini gave an insight into understanding people and their behavioral traits and explained how to tune to such traits to ensure effective sales.

The workshop concluded with Mr. Bhandari felicitating the Top Performers for Q1 with Trophies and Certificates of Appreciation.
