Key Milestones

1995

• Bilcare Research was founded as a pharmaceutical packaging company by Mohan Bhandari along with a team of professionals.

1996

• Bilcare Research became a public company by listing its shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

2000

• Bilcare Research's first R&D and manufacturing plant was inaugurated at Rajgurunagar in Pune, India.

2003

• Bilcare Research commenced operations in Singapore by opening its first overseas subsidiary.

2005

• Bilcare Singapore Pte acquired a pharma research and clinical services business in U.S.
• Bilcare Research inducted a first-of-its-kind clinical trials service in Pune for the global clinical trial industry.

2006

• Bilcare acquired DHP Ltd; a UK based clinical trial service provider.
• Bilcare began to expand into other markets like U.S., UK, Germany, Brazil and Switzerland by starting subsidiary companies and marketing offices.

2007

• Bilcare Research Academy was launched in Pune and Bangalore.
• Commencement of ACRP Chapter in India and Singapore.
• Bilcare Center of Excellence was launched by former President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
• Bilcare Research created a new division, Bilcare Technologies for developing brand protection technologies.
• Bilcare Technologies launched a cost-effective nanotechnology based anti-counterfeiting solution.

2008

• Bilcare Research acquired Singular ID, a leading micro and nanotechnology company including its brand Enxure, a state-of-the-art Enterprise Brand Security System that prevents counterfeit products.
• Bilcare Research and MeadWestVaco jointly acquired International Labs, Inc, a leading U.S. company which specializes in Independent Contract Packaging of Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Products.
