The Deputy First Minister of the Welsh Assembly Government Ieuan Wyn Jones, who is currently leading a delegation of Welsh companies in India announced that Bilcare, the Pune-based pharmaceutical packaging-to-clinical-supplies manufacturing company, will invest £ 11 million in setting up a new clinical supplies facility in Wales, near Cardiff's national park. The agreement was signed between Ieuan Wyn Jones and Mohan Bhandari, Chairman and Managing Director, Bilcare in Mumbai today. The investment will enable Bilcare expand its presence in Wales and cater to the needs of its customers in Western Europe and parts of Eastern Europe. Wales is well positioned to provide a central location in Europe for Bilcare - just two hours away from London.
